honestly this is a site we can find horses fucking dogs so I dont things details like this would be noticed by the common FA user. Also dogs dont usually hold guns to the war but it's still a neat picture I think...
beside, commenting on design on a trade or commissioned piece is kind of rude if you ask me
I am obviously not here to start arguing with anyone nor insult anyone, I will not answer other messages of the sort. thanks for commenting anyway.

I understand the fact that as furries we enjoy things that are fantasies, but they're (for the most part) well thought out ideas that make sense if they were to exist. The very idea of a anthropomorphic creature is not too far fetched. I could easily go into an evolutionary stand point on this but for the most part, if every furry suddenly became their sona and the world too no notice as well as medicine and disease were unaffected by them existing, there would be nothing wrong.
I'm not here to troll, I'm here to enjoy the same creative imagination shared by the majority of people on this sight. I have my own fanfiction from years ago I look at and deeply regret but don't have the heart to delete, to learn what I did wrong and to fix it and to be proud of it.
The ability to give comments is for all to voice their opinions, weather they're welcome or not. Most people are too afraid to say they dislike something, rather leave speaking to those who have only nice things to say. There's no discrepancy between "wow looks great" repeated 20 different ways and someone saying "hey, this parts looks bad, maybe try to improve on it."
We all come from different backgrounds, of course there are going to be conflicts. Mine is being stingy about weapons, I've learned to appreciate a work of technology much the same as a mechanic to a car. I can hardly write, I can't draw, and I sure as hell can't sing. I bring nothing to the community but praise for those who can draw a weapon correction and critique for those who draw a block and a stick at the end.

What stops me from creating content, is one simple thing. I can't bear to make something and get a part of it wrong, if I create something I want every part of it to work and be precise. Not quite perfection, but damn it drawing a character holding a weapon, it should be given likewise respect as the whole piece or it just looks rushed and half assed. We all have our opinions, try to view others as I will yours.
I understand your opinion, I am someone that enjoy getting critics as long they stay polite, there is a way to say anything. critics are good way to improve, even if they can be hard to take sometimes.
what I do not like tho is someone making critics on a concept I did not make. I do not like, as much as it always make me very uncomfortable to be praised for a design I did not make. it it pointless thing to do. If you really want to give your input on it, you are free to go on the artist's page and they will deal with it the way they want to. I do not think my comment section is a good place to start debate on other's people thing. It is also important to consider that not everyone are looking for critics, if something looks off on my personal art, always feel free to point it out, maybe I'll fix, maybe I will keep in mind for next time or maybe I will disagree. when it is about weapon or other technical things, I personally always make sure to use a reference, of no name or brand is given I will use the reference that was given to me.
again, I totally understand your point of view, I am sure you were right too. but here isnt the place.

I intend to in full. I simply wish to get the point across everywhere it can be heard.
Imagine you're favorite thing. Imagine something you've loved your whole life, your absolute favorite thing. Now someone goes out, draws their work, your favorite thing in the world is slapped down half assedly and barely given any thought.
My delema is part this and something else. Not only does it feel like a deep disrespect to that thing, but it shows something more. It shows dis-concern with their very work. They chose to draw something they don't even care about, to give it such a poor and thoughtless depiction of it to the point it is hardly even recognizable, like an afterthought.
I'm not being a picky perfectionist, but simply pained to see somebody work so hard, to put skills people wish they had to waste from simply not caring about what they use their skill for. It's like watching a mechanic not caring if apart of a broken car get's fixed when it's his job, or when a movie producer chalks something up as 'just a mistake' instead of doing what he should have because it would be harder. The laziness to skip something.
I've been working on a science fiction novel I've been dreaming up for the majority of my life. Not a single word of it has ever been written down for one reason alone, it's not complete until EVERYTHING is given it's preparation and it's due time and thought put into everything, I refuse to let myself stumble and stagger around a hard part because it would mean I'm ruining something I could have made better if I had just done more work.
It pains me to see people draw such massive holes in their work. Not putting forth your best is like having giant unfinished holes in such a well done peace of work this could have been, to see the potential and it be saved in the name of time.

I'm tired so sorry if i sound rude i do not word things well wen i am but, look, http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14813446/ the reference i gave this artist was a sketch of a made up gun from bioshock, http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11840027/ http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15096713/ are the only gun like things i can think of that i have fully drawn not as a sketch. When it is a commission i do the best i can, when it's personal art i do it for fun, i dont give a shit. Im not doing it for anyone but myself i just choose to share some of it. Sorry if that upsets you, i think we all have little things that urk us in peoples art. A peeve if you will. Judging by your comment it is a little more important than just a peeve. It is fine to critique people, and i welcome it on art i put effort into. However i feel it is important to keep peoples skill level in mind when commenting. (Or in this case, my poor reference.) i am not someone that can draw a gun well unless its alien tech, if i was doing something art related with my life id be researching it more. But im not, so im not wasting what free time i have on that unless it is for commissions ( which i do the best job i can on it )
