That's some retro wheels you have there, what are they off of and are they any make from the USA's factory wheels or are those aftermarket? They look almost like early 90s Pontiac wheels, like the optional ones that only 10 cars got. Pretty cool, I love the "sawblade" or "fan blade" effect wheels, of all kinds.
