Yeah I decided to put thier bios into 2 parts.
First Part: Jade, Jacob, and Josh
Next part: Keri, Isaac, and Master Shawn
Basically Master Shawn runs a small dojo here in Viridian city (or where ever PCA is). It's not a very popular dojo (only 5 students DUH!). But more on that in the second part. :P

Nickname: “Naughty Kitty” (just ask Goku)

Personality: A cool, calm down to Earth kind of gal. She's getting more and more out going with time, thanks to Keri, but mostly timid. Above all she's proud, stubborn at times, and she likes battling as much as her crush does.
Background: Jade never knew her parents. She was just left at the door of Master Shawn's dojo: as a kitten Meowth, with her charm being made of jade; and he took her in. Master Shawn adopted Jade and raised her as his daughter. She was trained in his favorite style, Tiger style, vigorously I must add. At the age of 10 she met a chimchar boy named Goku who at the time was being trained by Master Shawn's brother Master Ston. At first she treated him as her fiercest rival. And oh what a rivalry it was. Almost every match they had, they left each other covered in bruises and scratches. It was in one of these matches that she evolved into a Persian. Yet this soon changed after Master Ston died and Master Shawn took Goku as his student. They soon got to know each other and become the best of friends. And soon she developed feelings for her and vice versa. Yet as more people joined their team she found it hard to tell Goku that she loves him. She even tried to convince herself that she wasn't in love with him, in vain. But before she can drum up the nerve to tell him, a horrible event happened and for some reason Goku left. This devastated her, feeling that he left because of her. She never forgot him though. As much as she tried she couldn't forget about Goku. Now that their together again Jade hopes that she can get the nerve to tell him that she loves him. Also she hopes to get the reason to why Goku left but he's been reluctant to tell her.

Master Shawn teaches him the art of Mantis Style.
Background: He used to come from deep in the Safari Zone with his hive. He was one of the best fighters there and all the children looked up to him. But one day his hive was invaded, the elders who ran his hive were killed, and all the kids were taken into slavery. Once in the slave camps, which is in the China part the poke-world he did his best to keep up their spirits promising that he will get them out of there. Yet one day he heard of a break out among the fellow prisoners. His group tried to join it but it ended up a disaster and he was the only one able to escape. After that he spent weeks running making sure that he wasn’t caught and dragged back there. Then Master Shawn found Jacob and hid him from his pursuers. From then on he was under the watch of Master Shawn. And he became the third person of an ever growing team which was then Goku, Jade, and Jacob.

But he just chooses to spend most his time just sleeping or hanging out. Sometime he even sleeps while flying. At times he chooses to hang out with Jacob and helps him with his pranks. Josh finds them funny. In battle he chooses to keep his distance and let his opponent come to him. Quick warning: When he gets into a meditative position that’s when he starts thinking the most and that means 1 thing, the fight is over! He either comes up with a winning strategy or he just gives up.
History: He comes from the Chinese part of the pokemon world. His father is one of the most successful lawyers there and his mother is a very successful business womon. Of course they’re gonna have a child who’s practically a genius! Yet what surprised them is that he doesn’t have any motivation to any thing with it. He still gets excellent grades but his teachers complain that he doesn’t pay attention in class and falls asleep. Yet they can’t complain much since no matter what he’s able to answer any question they ask. So when his parents found Master Shawn’s dojo they though it would be an excellent way to get him some discipline and actually care to put his gift to good use. They even allowed him to go to Kanto and PCA when Master Shawn told them about it. Yet Master Shawn never pushed Joshua to do more than he needs. That’s his teammate’s job, though only Jacob doesn’t push him as much. He does anything for his friends when push comes to shove.
