hey, found his on the ontario furries forums, figured you were looking for criticism that's a little more rigorous than the regular "great job". so as an engineer, here it goes.

Composition:
somewhat basic, i hear almost entirely some melodic minor scale with a hint of it's major harmony sprinkled around. nothing special, but honestly you made the par for the course.

Arrangement:
it makes sense, and there's enough happening to keep me interested. if you asked me i'd say everything was perfect, except for the wierd japanese sounding piece at the end that was oddly out of place. if you ask me i'd say the entire song could have done without that bit.

Sound design:
again, pretty basic, but at least everything fits together. i do wish there was more of a transient click on your kick drum, i didn't even know it was there until i plugged in the headphones i use for monitoring. i think that's the only thing worth noting.

Engineering:
decent. it sounds like you got the compression right. the mix isn't bad either, not too much bass, no piercing highs. i think the only thing you can do to make it sound better is clean up some of the mud. IE; highpass filters of everything, some delicate EQing, that kinda thing.

TL;DR 7/10 overall, more than mediocre, but not quite mind blowing.
