In the last few weeks my mind has been in a very, very dark place and were it not for the support and warmth from my friends and my furry followers.
very generously made me this adorable piece of art to cheer me up, and I must admit I cried a little when I saw it. Knowing that there are still such good people out there, especially after my faith in people has been shaken so deeply... it gives me the strength to keep trying.
An especially big thank you to Runzu, and as well to all of you who have given kind words and sage advice. You are what keeps me going.

I was keeping track of your personal journals, as I found such a talented person interesting to get to know. Even if I didn't know you personal or closely, I took every personal journal you made a privilege. You are person, you have feelings, and things going outside of just being an artist.
When I had seen your monochrome journal entry, my heart sank. It really did. I just wanted to hug and sit with you through it. I can empathize so damn much and anyone feeling an ounce of that... or more... is just heartbreaking to me. I had to do something. I was hesitant about it, not sure about how you would respond, but I'm glad I did it.

I know we don't speak all the time, but I just thought of you doing my commission all sad and I just had to do something for you. Just had to. :)
