Hehe Grif has always his special touch! :-D sometimes I think it should be interesting to see him feeding Mahal! That would lead to such big developments! I mean Mahal can grow to giant size (and this way his stomach can always have room for more food) and he doesn't appear to have limits in his growing abilities ... and something tells me that Grif would love that!
