Dang, look at all that detail! I really like how you're incorporating a very thorough 'celestial' feel to her, and I'm curious about a few things! Namely the top half of her attire, that looks a lot like thick metal armor or leather, and I notice at least one of her moons has an interesting symbol on it :P
Oh so she can be influenced that way too, interesting! Come to think of it, you did mention belief in sufficient power is capable of creating dieties, so it makes sense that belief is also capable of changing and shaping dieties.

And yep! There is actually a non god character who was created via a myth as well, so it doesn't just influence the gods, but can spontaneously create other living creatures with sufficient belief in it (so it'd be a significant amount of people. Basically it'd be all of us nerdy people spawning movie characters if we willed it hard enough)
