A underground home or living quarters?
I find rail cart transport like that interesting to have around, but a trip hazzard

there could be living quarters in the some of the other domes and hallways. yes the rails are a trip hazzard, but are almost level with the floor. flangeway isn't obvious.

could be underground, on the surface, or even in space.

The "Soap Bubble" coloring and texture on the dome are fascinating. I like the idea that the train operator can grab a cup of coffee on the fly if someone sets it up for him.
