This picture gives a good view of the cockpit. The round wheel with the brass knob is connected to the propeller so the 'pilot' can make it go round. Trust me I was making engine noises all morning.

So, the fuselage is white denim with Elmer's Glue stiffening and then painted?

yup... exactly like that Max. I used Krylon but pretty much any decent spray paint is good. I even managed not to make too much of a mess.

Very nice, is that an ID tag I see on the lower panel? FARs say it's to be affixed near the tail so in case of a crash... Real nice looking job you have done there. With luck it will be passed down to great grandkids...

I need to fly over Fort Zinderneuf in search of the Blue Water sapphire. I once knew of a volcano, perpetually shrouded in fog, where dionsaurs may still roam. I need a plane like this!

It came out spectacular! And I love the hand crank propeller, too! The kit's gonna be sleeping among the clouds for sure. If he doesn't stay up playing 'air pirates', that is.

Thank you so very much. Definitely you should. It's not hard; just build it like a model airplane. I'd be glad to give you pointers. The whole thing was built in my garage using only hand tools.
