It's amazing what a year and a tablet will do to improve your drawing.
It occurred to me when I was drawing this that prior to this point I've never done Turnbull with his mouth open and so I kinda had to figure out what that looks like. Also, man. . . backgrounds. I used to kinda know how to do them but not anymore.

I described it up above but the original piece was a reference to a series of comics on the FA forums that follow the "I just shot Marvin in the face" sequence from Pulp Fiction. Marvin was replaced with an annoying poster who had a pink latex griffin and kept asking people to draw him in stuff.
