Hey there folks! Here's a new story based on some of my pokemon from Omega Ruby (poor justification for making new characters maybe but what the heck)

As for the plot synopsis...
When part of Team Pre-K finds their coach talking with a unfamiliar fat mon they're naturally curious. Unfortunately they might have stepped outside their weight class on this one as they find themselves being pulled along on a comedic little romp of characterization by the gravity of... Team Heavy Weight~

“… why am I walking with you two idiots again?”
“Ummmm… cause you like us despite acting like a meanie?”
“... Jules, I will smack you your stupid cheerful puppy routine be damned.”
The PCA hosted students from all over the world to come and learn at one of the best combat academy in the world, so it was no stranger to unusual sights walking down it’s halls… but this one seemed remarkably out of place for any high school, or any school that lacked a kindergarten or first grade class for that matter. A riolu, dratini, and teddiursa who looked just about old enough to be learning their ABCs were walking along together… mostly. The dratini girl was walking on one side by herself and glaring at the riolu and teddiursa boy in annoyance as the teddy just seemed resigned to this and the puppy smiled back without a care in the world.
“Just deal with it Sammi, we’re taking the same hall to go meet the team. It’s not gonna kill you…” Petie the teddiursa said, used to his teammate Sammi the dratini’s attitude by now… especially when he was far enough away to be out of immediate smacking distance. “Yeah~” Jules the riolu, every cheerful, piped up “Sides, Andrew and Jane are helping show Tabitha around… would you rather be with them?” he asked, the look on his face showing it was less a sarcastic remark and more an innocent question phrased oddly like you’d get from a little kid. Which just made Sammi huff and pout more.
“Our squeaking toddler of a leader, his bigger little twin sister who looks nothing like him, and a rich toddler… or the peppy puppy princess and wet and cry baby teddy… wow, such options.” She said, her voice dripping with sarcasm as Petie’s face went bright red, his gaze dropping down towards his overalls and the crinkly baby undies they hid underneath, while Jules just tilted his head “Princess?” he asked, completely missing the point “Naaaa, I’m not a princess… that’s Sha~” he chirped making Sammi groan since she’d apparently seen that response coming. Before she could fire off another remark Jules stuck his little hand out and pointed.
“There’s Maddie! … who’s that with her?”
The other two blinked and followed where Jules was pointing down the hall. Despite how the three kids looked they were full-fledged students of the PCA, members of the freshmen team, Team Pre-K. Down the hall where Jules was pointing was Team Pre-K’s miltank coach Maddie… talking with someone none of the three recognized. It was a very, very fat grumpig guy… he stood just about as tall as Maddie at 6 feet or so but he was even wider then her with a big round tummy, thick rounded limbs, and incredibly chubby cheeks with a big, goofy smile stretched across them. A tuft of russet red hair was perched between his ears and he was wearing a white undershirt, an unbuttoned button-up flower printed shirt, and a pair of jeans which just seemed to add to how goofy he looked… especially when he leaned back and started bouncing on his spring like tail while he talked.
Petie immediately clamped his paw over Jules’s mouth to keep him from calling out to greet Maddie or skipping down the hall to her. Dragging Jules both he and Sammi ducked behind a nearby trashcan and peeked out “W-what do you think she’s doing?” Petie whispered as he watched the two fat mon talking, the grumpig’s smile never wavering even as Maddie looked rather… exasperated with the whole thing. “Maybe the pig’s into fat girls?” Sammi offered “Think Maddie’s gonna cheat on her boyfriend?” the dratini asked, watching with Petie. “Why don’t we just go ask?” Jules offered, struggling to peek out with the other two as Petie had let go of his mouth. There was a moment of silence before Petie spoke again, acting like Jules hadn’t said anything.
“Don’t think she’d cheat on Ryder…”
“Well what are they talking about then?”
Jules let out a little humph noise as he pouted at them ignoring his suggestion, sitting out of sight as his teammates continued to watch. After a few minutes more of back and forth conversation the pig hopped down off his tail and gave Maddie a hug, though the cow didn’t look too eager to return it, before bouncing back onto his tail and off making a spronging noise as he went. “… how do you think he balances on his tail like that? Being so… well…” Petie mumbled, trailing off a bit before Sammi picked up where he left off “Stupidly fat? Heck if I know… come on! OUR fatass is getting away… and I don’t mean your diapered butt!” she hissed back, abandoning their hiding spot to scurry down the hall after Maddie since the cow had started to take her leave as well. Blushing and pouting Petie waddled after her, with Jules casually following behind him… the puppy still looking like he didn’t get why they hadn’t just gone and butted into the conversation in the first place instead of hiding.
“Hey Maddie!” the dratini called out, her running start letting her catch up with the cow first “Who was the pig?” she asked the moment Maddie paused to look back at her. The miltank blinked as Petie and Jules caught up with their teammate before tilting her head “Hello Sammi, Petie, Jules… you saw that?” the large normal type asked, her tone neither guilty, accusatory, or even angry… if anything she seemed surprised they were bothering to bring it up as if what happened wasn’t anything important. “U-uh huh…” Petie replied, nodding a little as he rubbed the back of his head… looking the guiltiest out of the three since Sammi was still waiting for the answer to her question and Jules looked like he wasn’t even paying attention as he rocked back and forth on his feet, reading the various notices posted up on a nearby bulletin board.
“Oh, well we best hurry up. The others are probably already at the gym.” Maddie said with a smile before resuming walking down the hall. “H-HEY! Wait a minute!” Sammi shouted, chasing after her “You didn’t answer my question! GET YOUR FAT BUTT BACK HERE!” she shouted as Petie & Jules exchanged a glance at this before following. Maddie might be big but her legs were about as long as they were tall meaning she easily outpaced them even while only walking… which made keeping up slightly difficult and keeping up while asking questions even harder. Not that that stopped Sammi from trying to interrogate the miltank for what little good it did.
“I asked who the pig was!”
“Him? He’s… er… well… technically he’s a friend.”
“Technically? And slow down!”
“If I do we’ll be later then we already are… would you like me to carry you?”
“HECK NO!”
Jules meanwhile happily skipped along on Maddie’s other side. Boundless, toddler-like energy made keeping up fairly easy for him even as Petie tried to get around Sammi to get Maddie’s attention “Um, Maddie! I also need to ask you something!” he called… before hissing to Sammi as the dratini opened her mouth “No I don’t need a change!” he snapped, making the dragon type snort as if annoyed he’d learned to see her insults coming. Suddenly Maddie’s hooves clicked to a stop… making the teddiursa and dratini try to slam on the brakes as well and tumble over each other in an adorable little heap.
Suppressing a giggle Maddie knelt down and easily pulled the two apart before setting them back on their feet “We’re here.” She said, pushing open the door of one of the school’s smaller gyms as Sammi glared at Petie, making the teddy flinch, before stomping inside. “She’s really warmed up to us~” Jules commented, having watched the whole thing… before giggling as Petie looked at him like he’d gone nuts “Well, when I first met her she’d have smacked you for that… couple times probably.” The riolu clarified before taking Petie by the paw, the teddiursa too surprised by Jules being right with his comment to resist, and tugged him inside before Maddie followed shutting the door behind her.
Inside the gym they found the three remaining members of Team Pre-K waiting for them, Andrew their pichu leader, Jane his munchlax sister, and their newest member Tabitha the gothita. Andrew had stepped up as their leader, was a general sweet-heart all around, and had been helping Tabitha (who’d only recently joined the PCA) find her way around campus and to the places where Pre-K usually meets up to train. Which was the case here since this was supposed to be their first official training session together since the psychic type had joined up not too long ago.
“Chuuuu… w-what k-kept you?” Andrew squeaked, looking kinda concerned as the group walked over. Maddie just gave a reassuring smile “Nothing, how about we get right to training to make up for lost time?” she said, slipping into her role as coach… just as Petie tugged on the back of her shirt to get her attention. “Hmmm? Yes? What is it sweetie?” she asked, slipping right back into being their babysitter “Oh, right. You had something you needed to talk to me about?” Maddie said, recalling Petie’s earlier statement.
Before he could say whatever was on his mind though Sammi shoved him out of the way “The diaper bear can wait, I want to know who the heck the pig was!” she demanded drawing a soft sigh from Maddie and a confused look from the three who hadn’t seen the meeting. “We caught Maddie chatting it up with a fat grumpig in the hall over something.” Sammi explained, still glaring up at the miltank impatiently “She says he’s technically a friend… whatever that means… and she won’t tell me who he was or what they were talking about!” the dratini finished as Andrew just fidgeted nervously, Tabitha looked incredibly confused, and Jane paused from eating her candy bar to state something in her usual dull, emotionless tone.
“Don’t think she’s cheating on Ryder Sammi.”
Maddie’s face flushed red at that statement “Oh nooooooo no no no no! It’s not like that at all! Ray was just asking me to join his team… again… that was all!” the miltank said quicky as all of Pre-K looked at her curiously. “His name is Ray?” Jules spoke up, finally deciding to get curious about this “And doesn’t he know you’re in the coaching major? You’re our coach!” he stated, looking a little forlorn at this. Maddie sighed, gently rubbed Jules’s head to calm him, and nodded “Yes, he knows I’m in the coaching major and he knows I’m your coach… I’ve told him several times. But he’s been asking me to join his team for a while now and it doesn’t seem like that’s going to stop him from asking again and again…”
“Well he has been asking since your sophomore year, so I guess that does count as a while~”
The voice was slight brassy and deep but distinctly feminine as everyone looked up towards the door and the source of it. And all of Team Pre-K went wide eyed at the huuuuuuuuuge figure that had somehow snuck up on them without them noticing something like the earth shaking with her every step. It was a hariyama girl who had to stand seven feet tall at minimum and was probably at least another foot taller past that… which made the fact she was HUGE all around all the more noticeable. Her stomach was broad, round, and plush looking as the plaid shirt she was wearing hugged it and her equally huge bosom tightly. The sleeves barely containing her thick arms bulging with what looked like a mix of plush and muscle before ending in the massive hands that were normal for her species. Her jeans hugged her massive thighs and broad legs tightly, the yellow skirt like piece all hariyama had splayed out over them and stopping before her knees. Her face was equally broad and plush with her long, straight hair, colored the same deep, dull blue color as her crest, reaching down her back, a thick bunch on either side parting itself on her shoulders and helping to frame her face and head. All together she looked less like a lady and more like a mobile mountain… who was giving the whole room a warm, friendly smile.
“… how the HELL did you sneak up on us? Shouldn’t we have felt the ground shake or something?”
Maddie gave Sammi a look of mild disapproval for her rude comment as the hariyama gave the dratini a similar look. Stepping inside surprisingly gently despite her bulk, weight, and nearly filling the doorframe the hariyama walked towards the group of small mon and their miltank caretaker like some kind of giant, lumbering, smiling juggernaut. “Hey there Maddie, hope Ray didn’t bug you too much.” She said, Andrew and Petie’s ears twitching as the whole group could trace just the barest hint of some kind of accent in her brassy voice. Before they could react though a huge shadow fell over the tiny students as the girl leaned down to look at them “So this is team Pre-K? I didn’t think you were this selfish Maddie… hoarding all the school’s little cuties to yourself~” the girl said, her voice taking on a cloying, cooing adult-to-child tone every member of Pre-K was familiar with and every member (barring Jules) disliked.
“Hello Grace, didn’t expect to see you here.” Maddie said, ignoring Sammi’s comment of “Her names GRACE!?” in a tone of sheer disbelief (earning the dratini another glare from the two older girls), before walking over to stand in front of the much larger one “Ray send you to ask me to join his team again?” the miltank asked, only the slightest tinge of annoyance in her voice and a genuine smile on her face. Pre-K exchanged looks at this as Tabitha leaned forward to whisper “U-um… i-is this… normal for one of the team meetings? Should I expect this in the future?” to Andrew, the little psychic types eyes still locked on Grace in awe. Andrew merely shook his head as the hariyama let out a deep belly laugh that echoed almost musically through the gym at Maddie’s question.
“Naaaaaaaa, I was coming to see you and your little ones anyway. Just happened to bump into Ray while I was looking for you is all… hmm?” she paused to glance down at the little riolu who, showing no fear what-so-ever, had lightly tugged on her jeans (since he couldn’t reach any higher without jumping) to get the bigger fighting types attention. “Grace?” Jules started, having to crane his neck near vertical and lean back a little to see her face “Why does your friend want Maddie to join his team? She’s our coach.” He asked as the rest of Pre-K seemed to hold their breath in anticipation of whatever might happen because of this… “D’aaaaaaaw~ I’d never take your coach away from you cutie~” Grace suddenly cooed, shifting to kneel down on one knee (a motion that looked like it should have at least caused a mild tremor), as she used one massive finger to gently stroke Jules’s head “Me and my friend Ray are just trying to put together a team is all~”
“… but… why do you need Maddie for it?” Jules asked, tilting his head to the side a little. There was suddenly a flurry of motion followed by loud squeals that made every one jump and take offensive/defensive positions barring Maddie, who just sighed a knowing smile on her face, and Tabitha, who looked like she had no clue what to do. After a momentary pause they realized the motion had been Grace scooping Jules up and the squeals were being made by the riolu as the hariyama nuzzled his tummy like you would a toddler, gushing coos about how cute he was, Jules was managing to drown her out with the pitch of the giggles and noises he was making. After a moment of this Maddie cleared her throat getting Grace’s attention as she blushed and stopped, still carrying Jules in her large hands like you would a newborn as the riolu giggled and struggled to regain his breath.
“Sorry~ He was just too cute… reminded me of my baby brothers~ Tried to resist since I know you have dibs but…” Grace explained, her cheeks bright pink as she stood there holding Jules before shifting him in her grasp so he was sitting up in one hand before properly addressing the puppy again “Now then little one, my friend Ray has been wanting to make a group called Team Heavy Weight since his sophomore year and reasons he wants Maddie to join is he knows she’s good at battling and she fits the theme of the team… if you’ll pardon the rhyme.” She added with a giggle, smiling warmly “I know she doesn’t want to join so I’m fine just being friends with her but Ray isn’t good at giving up so he keeps asking. Does that answer your questions~?”
“So it’s basically a team for incredibly fat people?”
Sammi once again spoke up earning her a glare from Maddie and Grace as the hariyama gently sat Jules down, pausing to give his head a rub again, before getting back to her feet “You know you could do with learning some manners little missy, or learning when not to speak up.” The mountain of a girl said as she looked at Sammi, hands on her hips as the dratini glared back “You’ve been nothing but rude and disrespectful since I arrived.” Several Pre-K members exchanged glances, as if already having figured out where this train was going but having no idea how to keep it from crashing as Sammi stuck her tongue out in a juvenile show of disrespect “So? You come shoving your fat ass into our teams training session cause your boyfriend wants to build a team of more fatties and won’t take no for an answer… how am I SUPPOSED to react?”
“S-should she be antagonizing that giant?” Tabitha whispered to Andrew, her expression showing she wasn’t sure if she should be concerned, scared, or what. The pichu just let out a soft “Chuuuuu” as his sister spoke up around her candy bar in his place “Dunno… usually she’d have kicked her in the shin by now so who knows…” Jane said, her usual deadpan betraying nothing as she fished a fresh snack out of her pocket. Grace meanwhile almost seemed amused by Sammi’s antics as she chuckled “Well I’ll admit I did kind of barge into your little meeting here. You’re wrong on a few counts little one.” She explained, apparently oblivious to how her condescending tone was making the dratini bristle with anger “First off he’s not my boyfriend, Ray is merely a close friend. Secondly I’m not here because of the team, I’m here for a different reason. And lastly that is still no excuse for being such a rude little girl to me. Now then”
“I’m a TEEN you giant fatass!” Sammi shouted cutting Grace off before she could continue. The dratini’s fist were clenched as she’d apparently had enough of being talked down to “I don’t care HOW freakishly fat and tall you are you don’t get to talk to” the rest of Pre-K could only guess what Sammi was about to say as the ground shook cutting her off like she’d cut Grace off. Only getting a brief moment to realize what was about to happen Sammi’s face paled and her eyes went wide just as the hariyama was upon her. Grace easily scooped the smaller girl up with one hand, using the thumb and forefinger of her other hand to take hold of Sammi’s head by the cheeks as she glared hard at the dratini who looked like she might have soaked her panties in fear. A look of fear crossed Maddie’s face as she stepped forward and called out “Ah! W-wait a minute!” before Grace’s brassy voice easily drowned her out.
“Now see here, I don’t know who taught you manners but I do NOT appreciate all this rudeness and I do NOT appreciate being called a fatass!” Grace’s voice had taken on an intimidating, authoritative tone as she was looking down at the dratini in her grasp “You shouldn’t even be USING that language! Why, I have half a mind to put you over my knee and redden your little bottom! Well little missy what do… you…” Grace trailed off as she looked at the shell-shocked Sammi till an eerie quiet settled over the gym as the fighting type looked impassively at the dratini. Which was promptly broken as Grace let out a soft sigh and a smile “Oh I can’t do it…” she said, releasing her grip on Sammi’s cheeks as she rolled the still stunned dratini in her huge hands.
“You’re too much of a little cutie~” Grace continued as Sammi ended up tummy down in one hand, her expression now stunned, blushing confusion at the sudden shift “I can’t bring myself to spank your cute little bottom… even if you are a little brat~” the hariyama said, patting Sammi’s skirt clad bottom for emphasis making the small girl flush red. “Just like one of my little sisters~ A cute little brat~” Grace continued, a warm affectionate tone to her voice as she started to lightly and playfully toss Sammi in the air like you would an infant. Unfortunately Sammi didn’t’ seem interested in giggling and squealing like an infant would, instead she squeaked and flailed at suddenly being airborne as her face got even redder. The rest of Pre-K watching the scene in utter slack-jawed disbelief as the giggling hariyama happily tossed their most violent member while rambling about her bratty little sister Sammi apparently reminded her of.
“I HATE to interrupt!” Maddie suddenly said, her tone showing it was a bold face lie and she wanted to end this before it got any further out of hand, as she stepped forward, reached, up, and swiped Sammi out of Grace’s hands before the hariyama could toss the smaller girl again “But why did you drop by if it’s not about the team? I’m guessing it isn’t just to say hello…” Maddie asked, stepping back a little from Grace… as Sammi finally got past her shock and embarrassment to drive right on down to frothing, red-faced anger. Luckily Maddie was used to dealing with struggling toddlers and Sammi, who was too furious to speak coherently let alone use any moves, was too focused on getting at Grace to think about smacking the cow that held her. So the end result was like something out of a cartoon as Maddie had her arms around the dratini’s middle holding her in place while Sammi flailing her limbs wildly in Grace’s direction snarling gibberish which probably roughly translated in to several different death-threats.
“Well it’s sorta about the team actually…” Grace said, apparently either oblivious to or ignoring the rage being directed at her from the dratini “You see Ray’s been looking for other members who might actually be able to join instead of just bugging you all the time” she started to explain, the members of Pre-K more familiar with Maddie could see if she had an ounce less restraint and wasn’t holding Sammi she might have made some kind of comment about how wonderful that was to hear… but Grace apparently failed to notice as she continued “and one of them he’s been trying to talk into joining is going to be fighting the big sister of one of your little ones today.” Everyone’s eyes, barring Sammi’s, turned towards Petie as Grace had a look of struggling to recollect something “The precious little teddiursa here… er… what was your name again little one? I’m fairly certain it’s not Teddy-Chan.”
Petie’s face flushed an adorable pink at that “Petie, I’m Petie… and that’s what I wanted to talk to you about Maddie! Rose is having a match and I wanted to ask if I could skip training today to go watch!” he squeaked, a little flustered about having to wait this long to get that out. It wasn’t Maddie who spoke up next though as Tabitha cleared her throat, a look of confusion on her face “Wait… your sister, Rose… I thought you said she was in a... doubles team? Is that the term for it? I mean… wouldn’t you be in the fight with her?” she asked, still unfamiliar with several details about how the match system at the school worked.
“No, there’s actually not that many two-mon teams around…” Petie admitted, still blushing as he rubbed the back of his head “So she fights single match-ups pretty often…” he trailed off for a moment letting Grace speak up “And she’s up again a purugly who’s on the plump side like me, right?” the hariyama said, being again oblivious to the uncomfortable shifting from most everyone in the room at the mention of her weight, as Petie nodded. Grace just gave him a sweet doting smile “Right, that’s the girl Ray told me about… oh!” a brief look of surprise crossed her face as she somehow used one of her giants hands to fish a tiny phone out of her pants which had looked to be skintight… an act most people in the room wisely decided to not think too much about for their own mental health if nothing else.
Flipping the older styled clamshell cellphone open to apparently check the time Grace then directed her attention back to Pre-K and their coach “Speaking of which the match starts in ten minutes and it’s in the big arena a good ways from here so we might” she paused as Petie hurried out the door as fast as his chubby legs could carry him making the hariyama chuckle “Right, hurry to make it on time. Hope this isn’t a problem…?” she asked, looking to Maddie who just sighed and smiled softly “No, I’d have let him go watch Rose’s match anyway so it’s alright.” She said as Jules piped up suddenly “Should I go with him? Make sure he’s okaEEP!!” suddenly the world went dark for the little riolu as one of Grace’s massive hands covered his head… and gave it an affectionate rub.
“Don’t worry you’re sweet little head over it puppy, I’ll make sure the little scamp doesn’t get into trouble~” Grace said with affection in her voice before she looked back over Maddie “Sorry to have barged in like this but it was great to see you again… and to finally get to meet your little team of cuties~” she giggled at that last part before turning and moving towards the door with a smooth tread her mountainous body shouldn’t have been able to do “Have fun with your training session little ones and see you soon Maddie, take care!” she called, glancing over her shoulder and waving before squeezing her way through the open doors and out of sight.
Silence filled the gym save for Sammi’s labored breathing, the dratini having worn herself out with the angry muttering and flailing, as all of Pre-K just seemed to wonder what the heck just happened. “Um… should we start the training now?” Jules asked, his tone showing he wasn’t quite sure whether the unexpected guest and confusion had gotten it called off or not. With a sigh Tabitha spoke up again “And you’re SURE this isn’t a normal occurrence for this team? … or this school in general?” she asked as Andrew let out a soft “Chuuuuuu” and looked away as his sister opted to answer the gothita’s question in his stead.
“Team? No. School… more or less yeah.”
