Dragon-Dolphin
So a little info:
I'm not too sure whether to use scales or leathery-stuff (whatever dolphins have) for the skin, but I figure something between the two, where it's scales, but the spaces between them are leathery. Up to the artist I guess.
Colour/Color: Blue. Have fun with it, do whatever, but my favorite colour is blue :3 (so preferably blue-themed :P)
Has a blowhole: don't forget that D:
...Still haven't decided what to do for legs, if at all... up to each artist I guess :P

Fun bits:
-Dolphin penis, but a few... differences.
-Fully prehensile (not sentient)
-Can control:
-Knot size (Yeah, there's a knot, because it's fun :P) If you don't plan on having the knot be part of it, omit it. Because since he's fully prehensile, he can make it small enough that it's not noticeable.
-"Fun Liquid" amount and production :P Soooooo he can control when/how much pre/cum comes out :3
-Aim: He can move it around, and in some cases, boop things with it :P This also helps him move it in and out of his slit when his paws are... occupied :P
-"Fun Liquids" and musk are slightly aphrodisiac, and can cause arousal
-Technically, yes, there are two penises in there. Rarely do both show.
-He may or may not have some female fun-bits hidden in there as well :3
-His tongue is long...very longue. (<.< wow, miss-typed... But I'm gonna keep that word there cause it's funny.)
-This helps for...certain holes :3
-Napalm has a SLIT, not a sheath. The testicles are internal.
-Because Napalm has a blowhole, theoretically, he doesn't have to stop using his mouth to take a breath. (And for now, I'm ignoring that it also means he can't create suction in his maw... IGNORE IT :P)
-Napalm rarely wears clothes, simply because having a slit means his "fun bits" are out of view anyway.
-If very aroused, a bulge can form behind the slit lips, as it gets harder (lel) to keep his penis hidden the more aroused he is.
-Femboys are an automatic +1 in his mind :P (He is NOT a femboy... but femboys are supah hawt :P)
As you can probably tell, his sexual side is quite developed :3
