Malcolm Solves His Problems
Billy solves his problems by calling up his mom
Heather solves her problems with drugs and Alcohol
Daniel solves his problems with a doctor and the law
But Malcolm got his own way and it's better than them all
'Cause Malcolm solves his problems with a chainsaw
Malcolm solves his problems with a chainsaw
Malcolm solves his problems with a chainsaw
and he never has the same problem twice
Whether it's a bill or a cheque arriving late
Rancid marble cheese or a steak that's second rate
Awful TV programs or a broken Elvis plate
Or his fiancee who dumps him because he's gaining weight
Malcolm solves his problems with a chainsaw
Malcolm solves his problems with a chainsaw
Malcolm solves his problems with a chainsaw
and he never has the same problem twice
and he goes!!

So I was driving home from a band practice thingy today listening to some music, when the song you see above popped up. It's funny... it's a song I've heard a billion times before, but something about this night in particular made an image flash into my head that demanded to be doodled... so here it is. A least, as close as I could get without putting in any serious effort, heh.
Not sure why Malcolm is a squirrel. Just what my brain-picture showed me. 'Cause they're nuts, I guess?
Badum tish.
Anyway, here's the song, if you haven't heard it before.

When I saw your comment here my first thought was "Oh man, I haven't seen anything from him in a long time, did I accidentally unwatch him or something?"
Nope, looks like you just haven't posted anything in forever! What's been up, man? I hope things are going well.
I was only introduced to their music fairly late in my life, but I do have to say I'm quite a fan of their style. :P

The picture adds so much! Thanks for bringing my ear to a nice Canadian band I've never heard of.
"Two Jewish women claim to be the mother of the same child? Political parable time for Malcolm!"
(Nah, but that story makes so much more sense when you learn it was a thinly-veiled political threat to the enroaching threat of civil war between the Judeans and the rest of Israel. "If you really love your country, you'll leave it whole and under my command rather than fighting for a piece of it.")
