The trip to Midwest Furfest 2014 was very nice indeed. Skee, Padu and myself all had a wonderful time and got to meet some really great folks! We met up with friends, got Skee introduced around to a lot of people, and really helped boost his confidense. :)

We even made the best of the chemical-threat that was unleashed upon the convention late saturday night. we gathered together with some of our friends and drew pictures, told jokes and stories, played on game devices and laid about on each other until we were allowed back into the hotel 3 hours later. It was a good bonding time and I'm happy we could be in such good conditions while emergency crews sorted out the hotel.

All in all it was a great trip, but it just made things kinda sad when we had to leave Chicago to head back to San Antonio.
