My story was close but a bit different.
- First heard of it in 2009
- Mined it on a notebook.
- Forgot about wallets and lost my private keys.
- Forgot about bitcoins.
- Heard again in 2012
- Mined Litecoins in university as a research project.
- MBR crash lost my litecoin private keys.
- Sold everything else in the big crash of 2014
- Mined Dogecoins.
- Forgot about bitcoin again.
- Heard of Ethereum
- Learned that my Doges are now worth nearly 7k.
- Invested my first money in 2017.
- Learning solidity
- 2018: Doing some university blockchain thingies. Looking forward to EOS(if its not a scam) and Lamden.
It was a hell of a ride. But im pretty glad Bitcoin exist.
