Wait..... the song their characters are singing is a cynical view on how life sucks and bad things happen....... just like the car accident they were in. I am just saying that for a get well present......it only seems to emphasizing that fact making this "get well" rather ironic. Not trying to bash, just saying.
I have heard this song before only a few times so I did not remember the lyrics other than the tune and the last part "then your gonna die". It just reminded me of it and I went to search for it until I figured this might have been the same song I was looking for and sure enough it was, and I am just now finding it's the same guy who sang "I am Asshole"
