Meet the 3rd member of the Azure Coast city council to be drawn, Xhen'odraakhus, or just Xhen for short. He hails from the Xyl'Sydian home world of Xothis, helping keep the bond of friendship between Azure Coast and their world strong.
He is also responsible for assisting those from other planets. He also helps new residents in general get set up with a home if they need or want it. That is if they do not wish to live out of the condos at the Crystal Reef.
Xhen is very sociable and good with people, thus making him easy to approach and get along with. Always ready to assist when someone new arrives in town, making sure they get settled in or on the way.
Usually in formal robes when working and meeting new potential residents to city, and when not he's just wearing the bottom half of said robe. To give his wings and back tentacles more freedom to move about.
Like all people from his home world, he is a strong psychic. Like Zarla, could read minds but refrains from doing so entirely. He also seems to just radiate a aura of calm around him, to put people at ease when near him. It's not his abilities that do this, people just genuinely seem relaxed with him around.
