Heh, this is cute. I can't say I see this scenario portrayed much, and even though this isn't vore (I assume as it's not marked as vore) but apparently some kind of food binge, it's nice to see a bloated stomach being a genuinely upset stomach every now and then. My brother can attest to that, even if he was quoted as saying "it was worth it".
Hopefully he can keep it down, otherwise that is going to be one heck of an uncomfortable experience that he really doesn't deserve to go through.
