They aren't the most finctional pair of handpaws in the world but if you're looking for something that looks like this it's something that may have to be sacrificed. What limits the dexterity is the width of the handpaw not the size of the finger. If a customer is more interested in dexterity and function they may want to go towards a less padded option.
