Thank you! It helped having a model to draw from - I had to add artificial intimidation into the mix though, because Tally seems to be capable only of mustering a goofy/confused look.

Thanks, I'm glad you like 'im! I'm not sure what color he's going to be yet, but I'm leaning towards something very dark, almost black... Have to experiment with some swatches first.

Thanks! Yeah, Vox is the idea for his name currently... I like it, so it'll probably stick unless something better wanders into my head. He's not a huge fan of formal-wear.

I'm getting a vibe that Vox is in a gang war of some sort with Killer Croc (I'll call him that till an official name pops up), and that the Dream Team will have to pick the lesser of two evils to keep from getting torn to shreds between the fangs of these two beasts.

That's just a wild guess -- You probably have a badass plan for him and Killer Croc that totally curbstomps my theory. <8D

However, I'm sure some of you notice the most important part of my ramblings --

Vox is based off from a hyena, definitely. 8 ) This isn't necessarily the *final* final design for him, we still have to make a reference / swatch sheet.

If you like hyenas, you may be a bit disappointed with Vox, I'm afraid... He is not a credit to his kind, very uncouth.

He kinda seems to me like Mace, grown up, without people like Namah and Lilith to keep him on the positive side. I can only imagine Vox being an orphan as well -- Or even worse, he knew his parents, and had to watch them killed while he lived.

1. Tha Croc. Does that say his name is O'raicul or O'naicul? Or does it say something else?

2. What does it say that circular thing on Vox's shoulder is? Is it an emblem, or a tattoo, or a remnant from some impromptu streetclan-surgery, or...?

The Croc's O'naicul with an 'N'. More points for my handwriting fantabulosity. It's like my own automatic code. E )

That circular thing is a concept for a gang - symbol to be painted on. I'm not sure if it's going to be our final draft or not, but there is definitely going to be gratuitous tattoo/body painting stuff going on. Because colors are fun.
