My first interaction with Rayman was on a demo CD for the Playstation 2, I think. It was a dark night, beachy area with bright ass lums that I fell in love with, and a pirate ship full of shenanigans. It was just a one level demo, and I played it so much I actually ruined the CD. I think it came from a cereal box. Or a Gamestop rental or something. Saying 'Lums' over and over and playing with Lucky Charm plastered hands really enhanced the experience.

Now to completely derail from that topic. This is a birthday gift for salShepherd because I am a terrible friend and failed to finish our collab together from our last birthday (we share the same birthday how wicked is that). I decided to start early this time because Sal deserves nothing less and and she's pretty much the reason I bitched back and forth with my art for the longest time trying to focus long enough to work on a painting rather than just little doodles.

I have no idea what he's done to tick Isra off, but I couldn't help but imagine her lunging at him Jurassic Park Velociraptor style with those god damn feet of hers.
