Just gotta love how badass he looks. Though if you see him like this, chances are you're engaged in some sort of friendly competition with him - because when fighting in a life-threatening situation (which are plentiful in the wastelands) he is much more stern and focused.
Anyway, he's looking kickass and awesome, and that's what counts! :3
