I was fiddling around in Audacity originally and used Blue Cat Flanger to make a robotic like voice and then when I lowered the pitch down it made sound almost like what Sega will use to make it.
this was recorded on Garageband with a preset I made so it loads up more quickly, I did my own lines instead of what Ryan did for Sonic Heroes, just tell what you think about my version of the Metal Overlord Voice.
Please note: I'm bad voicing characters but as long I done the voice effect to almost replicate the Metal Overlord voice I'm good.
