"Spectra" stopped by my table and impressed me by telling me of his memories seeing my artwork uploaded to my old America Online webpage back in 1996 / 1997. Sharing my art back then was an interesting experience because it was a time when I had no awareness of whether my work was good or not (debatable) but the happiness of getting positive feedback from total strangers was a big motivator for me. Considering how long ago that old AOL website was however I rarely expect people today to know about it so this was a neat trip into the wayback machine. In respect to those old days Spectra asked me to try drawing my old character Chester again but to do it with my current design sensibilities. Fun stuff!
