Origin story: I saw that logo on the internet and thought it was cute. Hence, mildly erotic drawings! Furries are weird.
This officer does not look very reputable. You may fall down the stairs on the way to the cells; he has no idea where that footprint on your back came from - you clearly tripped.
Considered drawing a donut around his (!), eventually decided against it.

If your future travel plans include Salt Lake City, Utah, I suggest some sort of disguise.
Nice drawing, though. The proportions are very good, and the "unshaven" look actually works really well. If I had to look for something to criticize, I'd go with the belt. It doesn't look long enough to actually fit (or is this a post-transformation pic?). The buckle looks odd (the movable metal piece that goes through the hole in the belt to fasten it -- which undoubtedly has a name, and I don't know it, OH GOD I'M SUCH A FAILURE -- is attached to the wrong side of the buckle). And it would be pretty hard to fasten the belt anyway, because it doesn't have any holes.
