I have an Infamous OC named Ryan and he's one of those monster conduits. He can't truly *see* in this form so his destruction output is incredibly high even though he doesn't mean it.
What he can see is the energy that conduits give off. Elemental energy like fire or ice are a faint glow while pure energy like neon and electricity are beacons. Because of his inability to see, his sister (who is also a monster conduit but in this case an energy monster) will 'tag' enemies for him so he can trample them into dust.
