This is Lord Gilgamesh Draken Ketzia, King of Reiyel in Jubei's universe/world and Jubei's adoptive father. Getting a look of him at first meet, you would expect a very regal and authoritative man. One that's very punctual and proper, that is exactly royal through and through...

But not expecting that he's just as much of a goofball and a young man at heart given his seasoned and aged appearance, He's overly kind and offering of his hand to help someone and just as readily to defend someone and shield them.

Where a King should be in his throne room among the council and diplomats discussing trade agreements and political snobby quarrels, he is among his people and walking through the streets with his beloved and trusted Arckra at his side; often at more times than Gilgamesh could recall being a bit of a voice of reasoning to remind him of said-meeting.

Loved by so many, Gilgamesh is a man of honor, respect and knowing of whats right and wrong. He's also refered by other more 'True Royality' as the Silver Pirate King...

But he cares very little to not what they label him.
