Not bad, but you really need to work on your proportions; that is, unless you want to have a very elongated body! Personally, I would suggest studying standard human proportions; one's fingertips shouldn't be that close to one's waist. Also, I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, but there's a massive slope on the shoulders; even a female would have sturdier shoulders than the ones you showed in this sketch. If the character in the sketch is a female, the hips need to be a bit wider; otherwise, the shoulders should be a bit broader. Outside of all that, though, it's definitely a decent start! Keep it up and keep practicing!
