Machine at the end of the conveyor diverted the pellets into the ore pockets. Not sure what powered this machine. It would be tricky to get electrical power on to it as it has to move 1/2 mile! May have been diesel powered; will check other pictures. There was so much to look at that it did not get scrutinized :)

Anyway, there is an operator cab just visible to the left of the sloping conveyor. Probably a fairly boring job after 7 hours, but warmer than being out on that dock!
