His name is Desnuera and he is an emotionally constipated recluse who works/lives in the capital's inner sanctuary tending to the various and small courtyard gardens there. He dislikes most, would rather not interact with anyone, and is very stubborn, internally pouty, and possessive. It's hard to tell what he's feeling or thinking, though, cuz his expression is almost always expressionless.
