Dungeons and Dragons, Epic times...
So as I frequently mention I am a big player of D&D, It's my nerdiest sin and yet it's very entertaining. there are currently four groups and we all meet 1-3 times a week depending on availability and we each have at least two characters in any of the four campaigns. though six of those guys up there are mine, No prizes for guessing which of them is a distant relation of yours truly,
there are 8 players and 19 characters devided between us and the four groups, and our Dungeon Master is
october_flixard so we have the benefit of having an elite writer coming up with out campaign story designed from the ground up by him.
One a year we meet all at once and play all 19 characters in one epic all night adventure to celebrate Flixy's birthday by letting him torture our poor characters.
Now that the waffling is done I present to you SWEDGEGEDDON 2014 a picture to commemorate the event where four groups got together to battle against the undead, horrific elementals, bone crushing traps, inter party bickering and one very obnoxious and dangerous lich.
And I am pleased to say we all pulled together and kicked ass... though... one guy did stab himself to earn points...
I'm posting this because it was an important event for me, times have been a little heavy on the heart as of late and having a room filled with friends can do wonders for the soul so i want to share this with the friends out there I have yet to meet in person. So please, enjoy!
