It is a part of an anime called One Piece. It is actually a flashback for the character Nico Robin. The full episode is called Robin's Past The Girl Who Was Called Devil. Bottom line it doesn't matter how you laugh, just that you do. It is a laugh I use at my job site. My job coach loves it and even he does it now. Dereshishishishishishi! That might be how he says it but like I said, it doesn't matter how you laugh, just that you laugh.
