Pretty cool, looks like how things would work in a game like DnD or Pathfinder. though in those games, 30ft movement is considered sprinting and has no penalty to hit, it's rapid movement in the heat of combat but you're still aware and alert enough to avoid attacks as if you were standing still. then there's running, which is 4 times movement with a penalty to armor class, and all fours would probably be similar to a "pounce", which is a special charge that has a penalty to hit as well that can be anywhere from 4 times to 40 times depending on who it is.

You are completely correct when it comes to the d20 systems already out there. For this RPG Spider is creating his own Tri-Stat system that these rules fall under. Nothing quite as fancy as the D&D or pathfinder scene but it works well for what we need it too without bogging down in numbers to badly. Although for more specifics on the system you would have to talk to Spider. He understands it far better than I do ^.^

Is it a furry themed system or is the all fours speed something unique to your character due to race/background?

Its all furry themed, all custom races for the RP itself. I have icons for most of the races up and colored with a few more to do once we have them worked out some more. But its all anthro based.

I like this, my sona is actually dually capable with his footing as well, and this would be a good diagram to show my friends so that they can better understand my sona's capabilities and such for RP as well as just in general. I hope that's alright that I do that ( I won't be saying that the id mine or anthing , just that this is a good visual representation of how my character moves from 2 to all 4 for running.)

Hey there! By all means we have no problem with you using it as a RP reference. Its what it is meant for, I know spider has a few more that I have yet to color that gives additional RP references. I know cover is one, we have one for types of damage and size comparison. I know these are mostly scifi at the moment but if they are of use just cite the work. We don't mind its use so long as it isn't stolen. I will get more colored references up soon.

We'll this isn't for scifi rp nor anything, it's more for a group that I run on Skype, so I don think ill use damage comparison, but thank you! The only thing that's different from mine in an important way is that my so a is plantigrade when he is n anthro, and raises onto his toes for digitgrade when he runs on all fours

*nods* Understandable, you may have to do some light adjustment on distances for plantigrade I think as that is a smaller stride but it should work either way.

Yeah I understand, but, well my sona is 8 feet 3 inches tall in anthro "mode" so i don't think stride length is a big issue XD
