I named this little guy Buddy. I discovered him draped over a low branch on a tree outside my apartment. Over time he became accustomed to my dog and me and would come begging for peanuts whenever he saw us sitting on the front step. On the day I moved out, I saw him standing on his hind legs with his paws up against the screen of my front door as if pleading with me not to go.
