Happy Holidays, my subjects!
A tip from fennecs on maximizing fat loot from the fat-man: keep his reindeer occupied. He's got a lot of houses to visit in a single night, so even a small delay can be problematic. One can use this as gifty extortion, and still get the reindeer anxious to return next year, even if you might have been a little bit on the naughty list by conquering a few of minor countries (nobody will miss those anyway).
