Perhaps http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15292681/ is held in a cave background, and instead of lace, her arms are held by tentacles? I'd also like a close-up shot of a tentacle depositing these sort of things -- http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14127876/ -- into her rear. Maybe with an internal of her bulging belly, as well. Lemme know if that's too much, but that's what I'd like.
That's a bit more than I'd be willing to do for the character with a background; these images are intended to be plain in background just like the picture above, but if you want the additional tentacles and a internal view (like a window?) that would be fine. Let me know how you feel about this. ^^
