I usually send 
spazzykoneko a gift in the post, but this year I was so rushed off my feet I didn't manage my time properly and failed to. ono So I did this instead~ she'll probably kick my ass for doing this instead of commissions (hopefully my commissioners will forgive me~ ;w;) but the little turd deserves it.
I've known her for over seven years now, but this last year has been quite tough on her, making the rent has been one challenge after another and I feel like she never gets enough of a break. I just want her to know how proud I am of her for working on and on even as things get tough and never giving up. I would not be drawing at all if it was not for her, nor would anyone make a better friend.

I really wanted to find time to do gift art for other derps this year but I totally failed. Hopefully I can put together some things for New Years after I've dealt with commissions. ;w; I haven't had the best of years, things have been kinda rough at times, but thanks to everyone for being so supportive of me this year, I appreciate it all. <3

You are so welcome hun. <3 Thanks for having more faith in me than I do in myself, too, you push me to work harder and keep trying to improve, even though the changes in my life are slower than yours and if anything I am more introverted than you outside of online stuff~ (and plenty introverted there anyway, haha) Watching you push through the rough times and chase the things you love is inspiring. owo Aaand I'll stop being homo now and just say I love ya too and you are always my best friend.

I wouldn't worry about the commissions either, taking a break to make a sweet gift like this is totally understandable.
Also you and Spazzy bring up a scary thought. Are we all gonna wind up as old geezers drawing/appreciating animal people with big knockers when we get old? Oh dear... XD
