Introducing the infamous Chieftains of Taurum, the heads of the minotaur uprising, against which Shubert and his friends are fighting. There are a total of 7 chieftains, most of them died a long time ago, but where brought to life in a mysterious way and once more took charge of their clans.
All of the chieftains answer directly to the mastermind behind the uprising, the mysterious White Minotaur, an old nemesis of Shubert.

Here are the first two: Terios the Bloody of the Broken Horn Clan (right) and Lugath of the Iron Nerves Clan (left).

Terios, as it turned out, is an ancestor of Maritia. This fact was discovered when Maritia travelled through her memories in order to find out where she comes from (she's an adoptive daughter of Shubert). During his life, Terios was a brutish conqueror who was the cause of wars between minotaurs and taurens living on Taurum.
In the present time, he's just as much ruthless, if not more. Although he answers to the White Minotaur, just like the other chieftains, he likes to think that he's in charge of the others. Also, he's the one who challenged Shubert and his team to the Champion Showdown.

Lugath's backstory is a little bit more tragic. In his time, he was a son of a peace-loving blacksmith who wanted nothing more than live in his village and enjoy his job. When the village declined joining the crusade against ogres, it was only a matter of time before the ogres attacked. The ogre chieftain, together with his two trusted officers, had a great time torturing Lugath's father while the young minotaur was forced to watch. When they finally killed him, Lugath lost his mind and killed the three ogres with his bare hands, then led the village to a war against ogres. He was feared and respected, nobody would cross his path, as he took great pleasure in torturing and killing whoever he felt like. His crusade is the reason why there are no ogres on Taurum nowadays.
In the present time his clan was in charge of the Iron Nerves Forge, producing special weapons and armor for the minotaurs that joined the uprising. Fortunately, the forge and the Iron Nerves clan are already defeated by Shubert and his friends. Lugath was drowned in the process and is presumed dead once and for all. However, his body was never found after that, so one cannot be sure.
