Don't call it a comeback. Also, don't call it a Christmas present. Though... both are kinda true. 
switched from being a luxio to a luxray a couple years ago and never got any arts done of it, partially cuz he didn't have a ref sheet. And the last time I drew anything of him, it was posted on Christmas... 2011. So yeah, it's been a while, and I wanted to do this as a surprise gift thingy for him. Just so happened that I got it done around Christmas.
