Her colors are based on Easter bunnies. Purple, yellow, pink. But you're right, she's the joker of that universe: crazy and unpredictable.

That looks like the White Rabbit. A character from Spectacular Spider-Man #256. I mean, not exactly I suppose. You've given her more of an animal face, and changed the color of her clothing and hair. I might be going out on a limb here, but there was even a character in the same issue named Grizzly. He's a big guy dressed in a Bear costume. Him and the Gibbon fought along side Spider-Man to stop her.
