Here's Tog on his 40'th, which is about 18 for humans. He's still in his tribe, and is now old enough to compete for the Queens favor in continuing the tribe. He will win the competition, earning the title of 'Keeg' (Translated: "Strongest") but he will not be chosen as the Queen's bedmate. Favor will go to one of the older brothers. It is an Orc's duty to accept the decision of their queen. Tog will not have another chance to be favored by his own tribe before it is disbanded by the Bureau.

Orcs in this world age about 225% slower than humans, living to be from 180 to 230 years old depending on health and the like. They reach sexual maturity at 25-30, but it can be a long time before it's put to 'practical' use, if ever. For Orcs, sexuality is about pleasure, pride, and passion, more than it is reproduction. Pansexuality is a common part of life for Orcs, and though they have many lovers, they usually find one to which they bond for life be it the Queen, a fellow tribe brother, or even one outside the tribe.
