I always liked this sexy bastard, and since his appearance in the game Batman Arkham Asylum, Croc has gained more popularity, it has even started become more an antihero than the typical brainless criminal in the new 52 of DC.

In his first few appearances in DCAU, Croc was a pretty devious bastard. Now it's like they took Almost Got 'Im as canon.

I do not think so, at least recently in the comics, he has been shown less like a stupid mass of muscles, and more like as a competent criminal ... certainly he will never going to be a brilliant criminal mind, but he never was a genius in first place.
