This is a recreation of one of Disney's single featured characters the Wharf Rat from the 1945 short "Dog Watch". That thieving little pest has finally got a taste of his own medicine in diapers. He needed it since he smelled bad of Limburger cheese. It might pacify him into a cute lil' stinker some day.
