Another recipe featuring the Prepared Horseradish basics presented here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15319097/
Once again, a very simple concoction, but give it enough time to rest in your refrigerator to develop its full flavors.
This is wonderful with crab and shrimp, and your can adjust your preferred pungency from mile to "WOW!" by adjusting the amount of the prepared horseradish in it.
Cocktail Sauce with Prepared Horseradish
Ingredients
6 Tbs Tomato Ketchup
~2 Tbs Prepared Horseradish (adjust according to strength and your taste)
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
2 tsp Agave Syrup
2 tsp Garlic Garni
1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (Optional)
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Start with a bit less Prepared Horseradish than listed (you can always add more, but subtracting it is harder.)
Taste, and adjust amount of horseradish according to your preference. Remember, it will get somewhat stronger as the sauce rests in the refrigerator.
Transfer the sauce to a small sealed jar and refrigerate for an hour, or overnight, for flavors to combine.
