The obligatory wiki. Since everything has a wiki now. I also recommend the TVTropes page. The SMT series likes to delve into the inner psyche. You can make literal deals with devils, evoke your inner thoughts, form relationships and so forth. Some of the creatures evoked are highly-doable furries. Some of them are unsettling, like your creation here. And some are high-octane nightmare fuel so terrifuckingfying that the 'unsee' button does not work.

I personally prefer Sara having hot, passionate buttsex. But this is no less a quality piece.
