Had this done for a few weeks but been busy and computer is crap. This was just supossed to be a chibi but, because it was a pokemon oc it gave me the idea to give it a "dream World" theme. It used to be a feature on pokemon global link for Pokemon Black/White & Black2/White2. I'm sad they got rid of it, but after doing this chibi, i will be offering "Dream Word" themed Pokemon commissions coming sometime in the new year.
