
I decided to make this tasy potato soup~
if you would feel like maing it I would make it with more cheese, bacon, and fresh parsley instead of dried stuff. Oh also instead of using 3 cups of milk I substituted one cup of it with heavy cream. ^w^
the ORIGINAL recipe if anyone would like to make it themselves~
6 strips of cooked bacon, diced
3 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
2 cups chicken broth
2 large carrots sliced and cut
1/2 cup diced onions
1tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon of celery seeds
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 cups of milk
8 ounces of cheese
2 spears celery diced
salt and pepper to taste
1. prepare the bacon drain half of the grease into the pot place into the pot carrots,onions, celery ,parsley, celery seed, salt and pepper. simmer 15 mintes
2. add broth, mix flour with milk until smooth add to soup
3. bring to boil until potatoes are soft. add Cheese and bacon
4. enjoy~!
