Say you've gotten four of your overseas friends to come and visit down under for Christmas Eve, but with jetlag and time running short, what do you do for the night? Well, what better way to have a casual Christmas hangout than some great food down at a nearby (not-copyrighted-at-all) burger joint?

Finally got this finished, through countless computer crashes and general business through the Christmas period. Was wanting to do something to give to my main buds, but as usual I ended up a bit behind schedule. Still, least it's done before the new year, if only just!
And before anyone accuses me of selling out to fast food, a) I still like burgers regardless; and b) it's partially a throwback to awesome pics that Sirius and Foxzombie drew for my birthday last year, which involved burgers... among other things. XD

True, there's that option too... but last time I tried (granted, when I was a kid) it always took them longer to make it, same when asking for no sauce (have since gotten over that one though XD) - so was just quicker to get the burger as is and take them off ourselves. :P
Thanks man, glad you like how it turned out! And yeah, got the shading to a point where I was satisfied with it today, so then just focused on the rest of the details, didn't take too long after that. ^^
Was quite a feat though with my computer the way it is, now I really have to focus on getting something newer... so I don't have to backup every 5 seconds in case the system conks out and corrupts the PSD file while i'm working on a pic.

Anyway, I really like how you drew everyone in this pic, it's a festive masterpiece from THIS platypus's standpoint! Maybe someday, the rest of us can join in the fun! I know I'm looking forward to it!
