Really?! o.o Wow. That's impressive.
The gradient tool on Autodesk Sketchbook Pro 7 is under the paint bucket tool, and it allows you to add any number of points (along a straight line) and choose what color that point will be. So the computer gradients the areas in between the points. It's super duper useful. c: You can also choose from a linear gradient or a circular gradient, which is always nice.
If you want to take a look, here's a link to one of my works where I use it: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15327110/ You can see in the background that I just made a selection box and then added in a gradient in that one area. :D
But I'm impressed you did that with just a water color brush. o.o I always knew you were skilled, but damn. xD
