My weakness was Dill Pickle Potato chips... I could just eat bags at a go. Then someone pointed out: I really savored the first few, then my taste buds burned out because of the seasonings and it was just a mechanical process to eat the rest of the bag. I'd savor the last few as best I could. Once I realized I only enjoyed eating so many, I'd limit the number I ate to the number that I actually enjoyed. Made the bags last a lot longer! =^^=

... my life. I was just thinking about raiding a pie in the fridge. and maybe put vanilla creamer in my milk for the pie, and add chocolate chip cookies to that plate, all the while trying to remember my new year goal of eating more healthily and cutting it on the sweets.
